What you will do
- Migrate legacy files to a new internal platform and implement interactive web products using in-house CMS tools.
- Build and refine interactive questionnaires and document templates to guide customers in creating customized legal documents.
- Analyze product performance to improve usability and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to ensure products are user-friendly and legally sound.
- Execute project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate scope changes with project owners.
- Conduct peer reviews and research best practices for building and enhancing web products.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Web Development, IT, Writing, Communications, Business, or Library and Information Studies.
- Proficiency in learning, utilizing, and troubleshooting various CMS platforms.
- Must be based in Edmonton, Alberta for hybrid work arrangements.
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality while maintaining independent judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with coding, web design, or general software development knowledge.
