TL;DR

What you will do

  • Migrate legacy files to a new internal platform and implement interactive web products using in-house CMS tools.
  • Build and refine interactive questionnaires and document templates to guide customers in creating customized legal documents.
  • Analyze product performance to improve usability and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to ensure products are user-friendly and legally sound.
  • Execute project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate scope changes with project owners.
  • Conduct peer reviews and research best practices for building and enhancing web products.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Web Development, IT, Writing, Communications, Business, or Library and Information Studies.
  • Proficiency in learning, utilizing, and troubleshooting various CMS platforms.
  • Must be based in Edmonton, Alberta for hybrid work arrangements.
  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality while maintaining independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with coding, web design, or general software development knowledge.
