Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote with travel required in the Midwest region).

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across the Midwest territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize partner-generated revenue.
  • Build executive-level relationships to increase partner engagement and mindshare.
  • Collaborate with partners on prospecting, opportunity development, and account strategy.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on products, solutions, and competitive positioning.
  • Work with regional sales teams to align direct and indirect sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Proven track record in selling data center, cloud, or telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of the technology advisor and agent channel ecosystem.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Midwest region (approximately 20-50%).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
