TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own North America revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to raise performance standards.
  • Execute regional scaling motions, including pipeline generation and account strategy.
  • Work directly with strategic customers to navigate complex buying groups and close key deals.
  • Strengthen partner relationships to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Represent the North American market voice to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven commercial leadership experience in a high-growth B2B technology company.
  • Track record of owning and delivering revenue across new business and expansion.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic deal execution and complex opportunity shaping.
  • Experience selling B2B solutions where AI is central to the value proposition.
  • Proficiency with commercial tools like Salesforce or Gong.

Nice to have

  • Experience in localization, TMS, or marketing technology.
  • Experience selling into product, engineering, or content teams.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
