What you will do
- Own North America revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to raise performance standards.
- Execute regional scaling motions, including pipeline generation and account strategy.
- Work directly with strategic customers to navigate complex buying groups and close key deals.
- Strengthen partner relationships to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Represent the North American market voice to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven commercial leadership experience in a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Track record of owning and delivering revenue across new business and expansion.
- Hands-on experience in strategic deal execution and complex opportunity shaping.
- Experience selling B2B solutions where AI is central to the value proposition.
- Proficiency with commercial tools like Salesforce or Gong.
Nice to have
- Experience in localization, TMS, or marketing technology.
- Experience selling into product, engineering, or content teams.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
