What you will do

  • Lead sales efforts to acquire new accounts and expand existing business within the hyperscale and cloud services sector.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in emerging markets, specifically focusing on optical bandwidth and AI-driven networking infrastructure.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including CTOs and network architects.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to position optical networking solutions as critical infrastructure enablers.
  • Drive complex negotiations and manage long sales cycles to close new business.
  • Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to deliver customized networking solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record in optical networking equipment.
  • Solid understanding of L2/L3 product applications and data center environments.
  • Deep knowledge of hyperscale, cloud services, AI compute, and edge computing markets.
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales processes and navigate long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior executives.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
