HR Generalist

What you will do

• Manage routine HR tasks including compensation, benefits, leave administration, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEOC, ADA, and FMLA.
• Support HR leaders and Business Partners in developing and updating internal processes and procedures.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, and exit interviews.
• Track and document mandatory training programs and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with project work related to corporate HR initiatives and facilitate team meetings.

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist.
• Must be located in the CST or MST timezones.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
• Prior experience in a large contact center is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
