What you will do
- Manage routine HR tasks including compensation, benefits, leave administration, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEOC, ADA, and FMLA.
- Support HR leaders and Business Partners in developing and updating internal processes and procedures.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, and exit interviews.
- Track and document mandatory training programs and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with project work related to corporate HR initiatives and facilitate team meetings.
Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist.
- Must be located in the CST or MST timezones.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
- Prior experience in a large contact center is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Curiosity and adaptability regarding AI-enabled tools and evolving workflows.
