Human Resources Specialist (International Hiring)

Location: Fully remote; recruitment and collaboration are conducted globally across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for DevOps engineers and other roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring globally.
• Build talent pipelines for immediate project needs and long-term company growth.
• Create and implement HR processes supporting team growth, onboarding, and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs for client projects.
• Draft and manage contracts for international full-time, part-time, freelance, and contractor hires.
• Support employee engagement, team culture, professional growth, and talent attraction programs.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Experience tracking and analyzing data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build HR processes from the ground up.
• Undergraduate studies, equivalent professional training, or relevant experience demonstrating the ability to excel in the role.

Nice to have

• Understanding of international hiring and contracting models.
• Familiarity with global compliance and labor laws.
• Experience with Notion or an equivalent CRM, Slack, and N8N.
• Adaptability, technological aptitude, and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
