What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for DevOps engineers and other roles globally.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and long-term project needs.
• Design and implement scalable HR processes for onboarding, retention, and growth.
• Draft and manage diverse international contracts including full-time and freelance agreements.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing requirements for client projects.
• Support employee engagement and act as the primary point of contact for people-related matters.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Experience tracking and analyzing data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Proven ability to work independently and build HR processes from the ground up.
• Relevant professional experience or unique background demonstrating capability for the role.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of international hiring and global contracting models.
• Familiarity with global compliance and labor laws.
• Experience with Notion, Slack, and N8N.
