Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 (Base + uncapped commission)

What you will do

• Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies for the Northeast territory.
• Generate leads and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through renewals and new business acquisition.
• Maintain a renewal rate of 85% or higher annually for the assigned book of business.
• Forecast sales objectives and monitor economic indicators and competitor trends.
• Provide customer service support and resolve escalated conflict matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of multifamily vendor sales experience in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of success across the entire sales process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
