HR Coordinator

TL;DR

HR Coordinator (HR Operations): Supporting HR services and programs for a new division with an accent on operational support, employee relations, and compliance. Focus on facilitating onboarding, managing HR data, and coordinating recruitment activities across Canada and the United States.

Location: Must be based in Montreal and willing to work in the office at least 4 days per week.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary expert for HR systems and transactions to ensure business continuity.
• Manage and audit HR data to maintain accurate reports and organizational charts.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate recruitment activities and candidate visits.
• Act as a central point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR processes.
• Drive local and company-wide HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in French and English (fluent written and verbal).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be willing to work in the Montreal office at least 4 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional work setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
