What you will do

• Supervise superintendents and employees, providing direction, training, and performance management.
• Administer the company safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Perform quality audits at job sites to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Analyze accounting reports and route management to improve branch profitability.
• Provide technical input for sales bids, including labor and material cost calculations.
• Manage the parts program for contract service and repair to meet budget expectations.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive industry and management experience.
• Experience managing at a branch departmental level.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
