What you will do

• Supervise 7-14 employees and direct daily operational activities to meet production targets.
• Monitor shredders, rail tippers, and tipping floor operations for safety and efficiency.
• Serve as Fuel Control Line Authority and manage Work Clearance Permits.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to align on daily priorities and equipment performance.
• Conduct operator training, performance coaching, and lead daily safety meetings.
• Review operator logs and manage corrective/preventive maintenance work orders in the CMMS.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule including nights and days.
• Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret process flow diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and safety protocols like Lockout/Tagout.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
