What you will do

• Coordinate and assign technicians to install, repair, and maintain ride and attraction equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and daily activity reports for all assigned shifts.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians to build team cohesion and motivation.
• Manage technical interactions with vendors, sub-contractors, and attraction engineers.
• Partner with HR and Labor Relations to uphold collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive union relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in a theme park, theatre, or related business.
• 3-5 years of operations management or team leadership experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing in a unionized work environment.
