What you will do

• Lead the branch sales force across service, repair, and modernization lines to drive revenue and profit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects.
• Manage and develop sales representatives through goal setting, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the NIM process and collaborate with Operations for strategic leads and labor estimating.
• Implement corporate and regional strategic sales initiatives and manage brand identity.
• Review P&L and financial reports to monitor performance and develop sales budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator or related industries.
• Prior personnel management experience preferred.
• Ability to guide direct reports through contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Capacity to analyze data, establish facts, and draw conclusions to improve profitability.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
