What you will do
- Bid and secure modernization contracts while developing strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and building managers during the pre-bidding phase.
- Conduct onsite surveys and analyze blueprints to create accurate quoting and bidding packages.
- Present bids to customers, explaining technical cost factors and performance characteristics.
- Develop long-term capital plans to address customers' building needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
