TL;DR

Area Sales Representative (Sales): Drive growth of lease-to-own finance solutions by selling to small-to-midsize retail partners and managing pipeline within an assigned territory. Focus on exceeding quota through prospecting, negotiating partner agreements, and running quarterly business reviews with an accent on POS integration results, KPI performance, and in-store training to improve sell-through.

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global’s product and value to retail partners so they market to customers instead of competitors.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with retail partners to review KPIs, POS/technology integration, and point-of-purchase marketing materials to increase balance of share.
  • Manage sales pipeline within the assigned area and follow up on partner needs to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners in the territory; build and maintain relationships with existing partners to drive margin and operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements and drive long-term results through in-store training, one-on-one meetings, and successful onboarding.
  • Resolve compliance cases by implementing and enforcing policies.

Requirements

  • Must live within the state of Florida.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, sales training and/or account management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting new B2C or B2B opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and impacting growth; preferably in a retail environment.
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
