What you will do

  • Lead strategic people initiatives including succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Provide executive and leadership coaching, and conduct leadership and 9-box assessments.
  • Manage complex employee relations and facilitate compensation and performance calibrations.
  • Oversee workforce planning and budgeting in partnership with regional teams and recruiting leaders.
  • Drive company-wide initiatives and strategic communications to connect the firm with HQ.
  • Provide support for integrations and tuck-in activities during firm expansions.

Requirements

  • Experience driving high-leverage outcomes in operating models and leadership capability.
  • Proven ability to diagnose root causes and shape cross-firm strategic initiatives.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leaders, including CEO and COO.
  • Strong expertise in strategic problem-solving, influence, and program delivery.
  • Must be based in the United States.
