What you will do

• Lead Brazil TA function end-to-end, from workforce planning and stakeholder management to full-cycle recruitment.
• Own regional recruiting processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, providing data-driven insights and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and use analytics for KPIs and talent reports.
• Contribute to global HR initiatives on culture, performance, and development.
• Drive local employer branding campaigns and optimize recruitment tools like Workday.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in global organization, leading end-to-end recruitment
• Proven full-cycle recruitment track record, experience hiring in multiple regions (U.S. a plus)
• Strategic analytical mindset with data, KPIs, and market insights
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English with excellent communication
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian talent market, sourcing, and trends
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills

Nice to have

• Experience hiring in U.S. market
• Skills in creating employer branding content (e.g., Canva)
