What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the EMEA market to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide tailored recruitment solutions and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Lead recruitment process improvement projects and implement industry best practices.
  • Manage DE&I activities within the recruitment process to guarantee a diverse workforce.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is critical.
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience in the product development or technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and recruitment data insights.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for hybrid work.
