What you will do

  • Drive strategic outbound prospecting across Enterprise West accounts using multi-channel approaches (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
  • Conduct in-depth account and market research to identify high-value opportunities within prospect and existing customer accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account-based strategies and territory plans.
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, converting them into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in Salesforce to exceed KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales in SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments.
  • Must have strong understanding of the Enterprise West territory (USA).
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
