Location: Remote (USA). Requires in-person onboarding and travel to San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL during the first week of employment.

Salary: $288,000 — $396,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Establish a long-term vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth.
  • Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with C-level decision-makers in prospect accounts.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close enterprise agreements to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global ecosystem, including xDRs, Presales, and GSI partners, to open new opportunities.
  • Adopt a value-based sales approach to bring a compelling point of view to each customer.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
  • Expertise using the MEDDPICC sales framework.
  • Must be based in the US and available for required travel.
