Salary: $80,000–$110,000

What you will do
- Design, install, and maintain cloud communication software and telephony networks.
- Monitor system performance, privacy, and security to ensure operational reliability.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide senior-level support for contact center technologies.
- Develop technical design specifications, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
- Implement automation efficiencies and identify cost-saving opportunities within the environment.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri area within 12 months.
- Engineering industry standard certification (e.g., CCNP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/Professional).
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications systems and contact center telephony.
- 2+ years of experience as a CX Technology Engineer.
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and coding languages (TypeScript, Python, Node.js, SQL).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect configuration and administration.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Lex.
- Experience with AI, Intelligent Virtual Agents, and Natural Language recognition.
- Knowledge of global routing regulations and cloud contact center testing methodologies.
