What you will do

• Manage end-to-end event delivery, from venue sourcing and supplier management to onsite execution.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event communications to drive attendee engagement and pipeline growth.
• Establish scalable event formats, playbooks, and processes to improve consistency across regions.
• Track event performance indicators (ROI, lead generation, and meeting volume) to inform future strategy.
• Partner with sales teams to define event goals and ensure structured follow-up for pipeline conversion.
• Travel onsite to events to provide hands-on logistics management and seamless execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B events within the technology or SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of delivering owned and third-party industry events across multiple geographies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with senior partners and external vendors.
• Must be based in or able to work a hybrid schedule at the London HQ.
