What you will do

• Own the EMEA events calendar across DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and UKI markets.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, supplier contracting, AV production, catering, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate technical content for roadshows with subject matter experts to ensure practitioner-focused sessions.
• Collaborate with regional sales and partner teams to align event programming with attendance goals.
• Craft compelling event communications, including invitations and follow-up sequences.
• Track and report on key metrics such as cost per attendee, pipeline influence, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event management, ideally within SaaS, technology, or channel ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous events across different markets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle complex logistics across time zones.
• Commercially minded approach to connecting events to pipeline and partner loyalty.
• Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA for event delivery.
• Must be based in or able to work from Reading, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MSP business models or cybersecurity concepts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and project management platforms like Asana or Wrike.
