What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term platform engineering strategy to support product roadmap and growth.
• Own the end-to-end architecture for infrastructure, developer platforms, and shared services.
• Enable the product squad operating model by providing reusable components and API frameworks.
• Drive DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering productivity tooling.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance through SRE and secure-by-design practices.
• Coach and develop high-performing engineering leadership teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and platform/infrastructure leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in microservices, Infrastructure-as-Code, container orchestration, and observability.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and align stakeholders.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with internal developer platforms (IDP) and modernizing legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with product-led development and agile squad models.
