What you will do

• Serve as a foundational member of the AI Transformation Office, ensuring secure and performant AI substrate development.
• Lead global cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, and the Security Operations Center.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including SRE, network engineering, and service desk operations.
• Drive technical modernization and footprint simplification to reduce legacy tech debt.
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for critical infrastructure or security crises.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the IT Operations organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing hybrid-cloud architectures (Nutanix, AWS, VMware).
• Deep technical mastery of modern security frameworks and data protection protocols for LLMs and AI.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical risks to C-Suite and Board-level leaders.
• Experience managing WAN, Wireless, Firewall, VPN, and Intrusion Prevention systems.
