What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of hiring for positions at all levels, from identification to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine specific hiring needs and review candidate qualifications.
• Execute continuous sourcing strategies and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Conduct telephone screens and coordinate the interview process between candidates and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the recruiting database and manage approved vendors.
• Develop recruiting partnerships with business leaders and community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate or agency recruiter, or 5 years of full life cycle recruiting.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience with Talent Assessment programs.
• Proven track record of developing and executing recruiting strategies.
