Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Salary: $90,000 - $112,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Apply technical and industry expertise to design and implement scalable solutions within existing hirify.global environments
• Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with client goals and ensure client satisfaction
• Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder communication, expectations, and project health
• Lead projects with clear milestones and accountability from kickoff through completion
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Support Analysts, and Product/R&D teams to build sustainable BAU service models and tooling that reduces reliance on premium services
• Develop repeatable methodologies, templates, and process improvements to reduce complexity and accelerate timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting (client-facing experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems (or strong willingness to learn)
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship and be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment

Nice to have

• Previous experience in investment management software implementations
• Capability to program/script, specifically in python
