What you will do

• Manage Team Leaders and Project Managers, overseeing workload and assignment flow.
• Maintain and grow client relationships for assigned accounts to meet delivery expectations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to the management team to track performance.
• Provide training, performance assessments, and growth feedback to staff.
• Drive company strategy and best practices within the Client Services department.
• Propose and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in quantitative online and digital market research.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in complex operational functions.
• 5+ years of general business and project management experience.
• Competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.
• Proven ability to manage teams in matrixed environments.
