What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from sourcing to closing top-tier candidates.
  • Partner closely with Regional Managers, VPs, and the CRO to serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy.
  • Design and execute creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to build world-class talent pipelines.
  • Manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining organization and detail-oriented workflows.
  • Collaborate with interview teams to ensure a highly selective and engaging candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and pivot strategies to meet the demands of a fast-evolving business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting sales talent in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and close elite sales professionals.
  • Strong sales instincts with a persistent, persuasive, and resourceful approach to sourcing.
  • Ability to influence business leaders at all levels and add value to hiring discussions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Must be based in the USA to align with regional hiring needs.
