What you will do

• Standardize work management (Jira, project tracking) and build reporting dashboards to provide visibility into team throughput and system health.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows to eliminate repetitive operational work and automate manual processes.
• Maintain DNA's knowledge and context systems (Jira, Confluence, Slack) and facilitate core team rituals like All Hands and Data Demos.
• Develop and manage onboarding and enablement infrastructure for new team members.
• Optimize the operational tooling ecosystem and drive adoption of shared standards, playbooks, and templates across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, program/project management, or platform operations.
• Deep fluency with AI (e.g., Claude code) as a core part of your professional workflow.
• Experience working with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Sigma, or Atlan.
• High data fluency with the ability to define meaningful metrics and translate insights into action.
• Strong systems thinking to distinguish between process issues and structural problems.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a data organization's operating system.
• Experience in a high-growth environment, particularly within fintech, healthcare, or HR tech.
