What you will do

• Design and build the operational engine, workflows, and infrastructure to scale global community programs.
• Establish hirify.global as the single source of truth for community operations using databases, automations, and dashboards.
• Manage the operational experience for members, including onboarding, support, reimbursements, and event logistics.
• Define operational standards and reporting cadences to turn community activity into actionable insights.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows and integrations to reduce manual overhead and increase team leverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
• Deep expertise in hirify.global, specifically in designing scalable databases and automated workflows.
• Fluency with modern ops tools such as Slack, Luma, Zapier, SwagUp, and Discord.
• Proven experience supporting member-facing programs or ecosystems with a focus on quality and responsiveness.
• Experience working across global regions and implementing localized operational systems.
• Practical fluency in using AI tools to streamline professional workflows.
