What you will do

• Lead the operational transition from the AI Champions program to the AI Accelerators community model.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences, including communications and learning pathways for new participants.
• Plan and manage learning cohorts, community touchpoints, and continuous enablement sessions.
• Maintain and update the AI Training Hub to ensure content relevance and accessibility.
• Coordinate live AI learning events, workshops, demos, and speaker sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Track participation and engagement metrics to support program effectiveness and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating programs or learning initiatives in a corporate or technical environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engagement and onboarding.
• Comfort working with learning platforms, collaboration tools, and content hubs.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid home/office schedule.

• Experience supporting AI, data, engineering, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with LXPs, knowledge portals, or enablement platforms.
