What you will do

• Manage Marketo integration with Salesforce CRM and integrate additional marketing platforms.
• Analyze campaign metrics and distribute performance reports to the marketing team.
• Define KPIs and create reporting to continuously improve campaign ROI and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute A/B testing to enhance productivity and sales growth.
• Support lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
• Serve as the operational business partner to the CMO and marketing leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo.
• Experience building campaign tools and knowledge of database management best practices.
• Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong independent project management skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
