Location: London (Oval), United Kingdom; hybrid with 4 days in the office after training

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 base; £30,000–£37,000 OTE

What you will do

• Increase the number of qualified teacher and teaching assistant candidates on the platform.
• Run onboarding and assessment processes for teachers and teaching assistants.
• Maintain candidate availability and support fulfilment of short-term school bookings.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Match candidate skills to school requirements and support placements.
• Coordinate vetting and right-to-work checks while collaborating with sales and technology teams to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Ownership, organisation, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing team.
• Experience or strong knowledge of the education sector is advantageous.
