AI Product Strategy Director

Location: Hybrid role requiring in-office work 3 days per week in Woodland Hills or Costa Mesa, California; Atlanta, Georgia; Tampa, Florida; or New York, New York. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of an office unless an accommodation is granted.

Salary: $165,200–$297,360 per year for candidates working in California or New York.

What you will do

• Design, prototype, develop, and launch enterprise AI products and internal applications.
• Turn executive ideas into working prototypes and production-ready solutions in days or weeks.
• Build reusable AI components, intelligent assistants, copilots, and workflow automation capabilities.
• Experiment with large language models, agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, RAG architectures, and knowledge systems.
• Partner with architecture, security, platform, and engineering teams to transition prototypes into production.
• Advise the CDIO and Executive Office on emerging technologies, build-versus-buy decisions, and the enterprise AI roadmap.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in data collection and analysis, IT consulting, IT performance management, strategy or financial planning, business intelligence and analytics, or business process design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience building AI products, software, prototypes, or technical solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, API development, workflow automation, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to work in-office 3 days per week and reside within commuting distance of a listed U.S. office.
