What you will do

• Design and develop custom digital circuits for CPUs, focusing on memory and caches.
• Perform floorplanning, schematic entry, and simulation to optimize power, performance, area, and timing.
• Create block-level DFT models and develop memory test tools to streamline design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to track and resolve performance and CPU design issues.
• Optimize circuit leakage and drive characterization of memory instances and compilers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-tech company (for Bachelor's degree holders).
• Proficiency in Complementary MOS (CMOS) circuits design.
• Strong knowledge of digital logic, optimization, and Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI).
• Understanding of circuit design trade-offs for power, performance, and area.
• Must be based in the USA (Texas, Austin) to support the hybrid work model.

• Experience with low power implementation techniques.
• Prior experience in memory design.
