What you will do

• Develop domain expertise in power integrity, 3DIC analysis, and electrothermal optimization.
• Collaborate with R&D to facilitate the development of AI-driven IR mitigation and fixing methodologies.
• Support strategic customers by driving solutions in the Multiphysics space.
• Debug low power and multiple power domain analysis for chip power integrity sign-off.
• Solve interface-level problems between IC implementation and system analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or VLSI Engineering.
• 8+ years of related experience in EMIR and PDN analysis.
• Strong background in digital logic design, CMOS logic, and power IR drop analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, or Python.
• Excellent debugging skills for complex IC and package design issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3DIC design and methodologies.
• Ability to debug timing and thermal issues in relation to IR and EM.
