What you will do

• Collaborate on architectural investigations and circuit implementation for PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, and amplifiers.
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools like SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Interface with layout, verification, and application teams to ensure successful design delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of analog IP from initial concept to final production.
• Conduct lab testing to evaluate prototype units against design specifications.
• Contribute to the technical culture and growth of the new San Diego design organization.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
• MS in Electrical Engineering with 5-10+ years of experience or PhD with 3-5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on expertise in mixed-signal circuit design including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies and high-speed/low-power design techniques.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Proven ability to apply innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
