What you will do

• Advise customers on simulation efforts and technical workflows using hirify.global product offerings.
• Partner with sales teams to determine account strategy and demonstrate technical value.
• Understand customer success criteria and implement evaluation plans for new solutions.
• Provide training and instructions to customers to facilitate tool adoption.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to troubleshoot problems and propose new features.
• Draft technical collateral to explain technology differentiation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Solid State Physics, or related field.
• 0-3 years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, R&D, or IC design processes.
• Experience with design, modeling, or simulation tools from academic or industry work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time.

Nice to have

• Experience in a remote work team environment.
• Knowledge of Memory Technology (NAND, DRAM) or CMOS technology.
• Experience with Mechanical Stress Physics in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Familiarity with TCAD, FEA/FEM, or ML-driven statistical tools.
• Interest in the application of AI in semiconductor workflows.
