Salary: $185,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a strategic governance program evaluating ICFR against the COSO framework to ensure control effectiveness company-wide.
• Drive enterprise-level risk assessments and continuously calibrate control coverage to match business trajectory.
• Oversee the full SOX lifecycle including documentation, walkthroughs, testing, and remediation while driving automation.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on business transformation initiatives such as new revenue streams and M&A.
• Design and execute operational audits that provide measurable improvements and business insights beyond compliance.
• Champion the adoption of AI and modern tooling to make the audit function faster and more forward-looking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of internal audit experience, combining Big 4 and high-growth technology company backgrounds.
• Deep expertise in PCAOB standards, SEC requirements, and the COSO framework.
• Must have Software or SaaS industry experience, particularly with complex revenue recognition or consumption-based reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CIA, CPA, or equivalent certification required.
• Proven success implementing AI and automation into SOX programs (e.g., automated testing, anomaly detection).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence partners across all levels of the organization.
