Location: Must be based in the United States

What you will do

• Design end-to-end learning solutions including ILT, eLearning, simulations, and job aids.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to define role-based strategies and paths.
• Develop training content for enterprise processes such as finance, procurement, operations, supply chain, and HR.
• Create measurement frameworks to evaluate learner proficiency and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accurate and high-quality learning outputs.
• Build scenario-based learning, exercises, and practice materials based on real-world use cases.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of instructional design experience, preferably within enterprise systems or software application training.
• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing consulting or project-based role.
• Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and eLearning best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, WalkMe, or SAP Enable Now (SAP S/4 experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of enterprise business processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
