What you will do

• Perform 75-100 outbound calls per day using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize Outreach and other prospecting tools to implement a strategic communication approach.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand how companies run maintenance operations and provide tailored service recommendations.
• Generate qualified business opportunities for Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
• Develop deep expertise in the industrial maintenance industry and product functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in Raleigh, NC for an in-person office role.
• Strong desire to perform high-volume cold calling and generate new leads.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with cold calling.
• Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
• Experience working within startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
• Knowledge of CMMS or facility operations software.
