TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner: Building strategic partnerships with leadership to develop high-performing organizations and drive employee growth with an accent on organizational design, talent planning, and change management. Focus on coaching leaders, resolving complex people-related challenges, and fostering an inclusive, high-engagement culture.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Addison, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $146,000–$224,000

What you will do

  • Coach leaders and resolve complex organizational challenges through strategic people solutions.
  • Contribute to talent planning, organizational design, and new manager enablement.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions for change management and team building.
  • Develop engagement programs to build an extraordinary employee experience.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Total Rewards, and L&D teams to align people programs with business needs.
  • Monitor organizational pulse to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specifically as an HR Business Partner.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse global cultures and time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make an impact using metrics and data.
  • Must be able to work from the Addison, TX office at least 3 days per week.
