What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Finance to drive transparency and efficiency in financial operations.
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage revenue and gross-to-net model analysis and forecasting.
• Support annual audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors and executive management.
• Assist with payroll processing and federal/local tax filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to optimize accounting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a Big 4 firm.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in a competitive, entrepreneurial environment.
• Critical thinking skills with a strong sense of urgency and ambition.
