What you will do

• Lead data discovery sessions to understand business processes, KPIs, and decision-making needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear data, modeling, and visualization specifications.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient data models to support warehousing and analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure effective data flows, particularly from SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain visualizations to support business success.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving team documentation and modeling standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in dimensional modeling with a focus on SAP (BW, HANA, or ECC).
• Strong Business Analyst experience including requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in metadata management and reverse engineering data models.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Certification in Snowflake or SAP.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI reporting tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
