What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to monitor firm performance and operational metrics.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to improve departmental workflows and increase overall effectiveness.
• Automate manual processes, troubleshoot system integrations, and optimize reporting infrastructure.
• Establish data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance data literacy and drive adoption of BI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or process improvement.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and troubleshooting dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Proven experience leading projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Must be based in Bellingham, WA or remotely within Washington State.

Nice to have

• Experience within professional services, consulting, or public accounting environments.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or professional process improvement experience.
• Experience with workflow automation and complex system integrations.
