Salary: $88,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Partner with technology teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions for business use.
• Drive adoption and business value from data, analytics, and BI solutions across functions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear data and technology requirements.
• Collaborate across business units to standardize and optimize enterprise data assets.
• Perform ad hoc analysis by extracting, transforming, and modeling data from multiple sources.
• Contribute to the Agile delivery of data initiatives in partnership with Technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Strong understanding of data modeling (dimensional), ETL processes, data warehousing, and governance frameworks.
• Advanced SQL skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the US (Warren, NJ or New York, NY) to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
• Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud-based analytics environments.
• Experience supporting data governance initiatives.
