TL;DR

Senior Data Analytics & Data Modeling Consultant (SAP): Designing and maintaining robust data models and reporting solutions for a European institutional environment with an accent on data quality management and KPI standardization. Focus on automating data transformation using Python and SQL and optimizing reporting in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Location: Must be based in or work onsite in Luxembourg

What you will do

  • Design and maintain robust data models that support reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Define and standardize KPIs, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules across datasets.
  • Support and enhance reporting solutions built on Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Objects.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues through root-cause analysis and validation rules.
  • Analyze complex datasets using Python and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deploy new data controls and governance practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Management, or Data Warehousing.
  • Strong expertise in data modelling for reporting and analytics.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or SAP Business Objects.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills for data processing, automation, and quality logic.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work onsite at the client site in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data governance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Experience in large enterprise or institutional environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
