BI Analyst II

TL;DR

BI Analyst II (Data Analytics): Analyzing business performance and member experience metrics to drive data-informed decision-making across a portfolio of fitness brands. Focus on developing complex dashboards, deterministic models, and collaborating with data engineers to optimize datasets for actionable business insights.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), or Seattle (WA). The role follows a hybrid schedule with on-site attendance required Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Analyze business questions and communicate findings through presentations and reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for key problem spaces like website performance and lead conversion.
• Build deterministic models to project business outcomes and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to augment datasets and improve data lineage.
• Create internal documentation and training materials for analytics products.
• Develop low-code end-user applications to surface actionable insights.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, including subqueries, window functions, and regular expressions.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar analytical languages.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods such as sampling and significance.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, Woodbury, or Seattle four days per week.

• Experience implementing or maintaining Power BI or Tableau platforms.
