What you will do

  • Define and lead the enterprise IT contract and vendor management strategy, governance standards, and operating procedures.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for IT agreements, including intake, negotiation support, renewals, and compliance.
  • Partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to structure complex technology agreements that balance cost, risk, and service quality.
  • Lead strategic vendor performance management, including business reviews, service-level oversight, and remediation planning.
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and financial transparency for IT vendor spend, including OPEX/CAPEX alignment.
  • Direct software asset and license governance to ensure audit readiness and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in IT, sourcing, or vendor management.
  • 8+ years of specific experience in IT contract and vendor management.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing, audit/compliance requirements, and vendor performance management.
