What you will do

• Act as the primary HR consultant for Mountain, Midwest, and Western divisions.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, discipline, and documentation.
• Lead the performance review process and support development planning for top talent.
• Partner with Payroll & Benefits to ensure accurate documentation of team member changes.
• Serve as the Safe Act Officer for mortgage lending requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business (or equivalent experience) required.
• Three to five years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and employment law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel to branch locations within the assigned region (approximately 10%).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
